For securely mounting your Type B or Type F cake donut depositor. The Column Mount attaches your depositor to your Open Kettle fryer. Installation is quite simple. The Column Mount is recommended for use with Belshaw fryers. The Wall Mount attaches your depositor to the wall behind your fryer. The installation must be very dependable and secure. If you move the fryer, you must re-install the Wall Mount. Belshaw offers a Bracket Plate kit when installing the Column Mount on a non-Belshaw fryer.
